Sunshine bathes the earth in a fresh new splendor
God's love shown in an untold wonder.
It reaches down with fingertips golden
Making the stories of people's lives bolden.
This natural italicization of breathing
As warmth accentuates the desirous reaching
Of people who underline those things worth seeking
Filling bleeding hearts until they stop leaking.
They change the font of their lives to match their redeemer
Struggling with the mark of the times.
